Dear Alumni,

Warm greetings from IIT Kharagpur!

As our beloved Institute celebrates its historic Platinum Jubilee, 75 years of excellence, innovation and nation-building, I extend my heartfelt wishes to every member of our global alumni community. This milestone is a celebration of the Institute’s enduring legacy and of the remarkable contributions made by generations of KGPians across the world.

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the new website of the Office of Alumni Affairs. We envision this platform as your one-stop window for alumni-related activities, Institute updates, upcoming events, engagement opportunities and inspiring stories from our community.

Our alumni are among the Institute’s greatest strengths. I warmly invite you to remain connected with your alma mater and contribute in ways that resonate with your interests and experience. You may mentor our students, deliver guest lectures or technology talks, support student innovation and entrepreneurship, foster academic and industry collaborations, or contribute towards the Institute’s development initiatives. Every engagement, whether through your time, expertise, network or philanthropic support can make a meaningful difference.

As we celebrate this special year, let us renew the lifelong bond between IIT Kharagpur and its alumni and work together to shape an even stronger future for the Institute.

I wish you continued success, fulfilment and new milestones in your professional journey. We look forward to welcoming you back to the campus and engaging with you through this new platform.

With warm regards,
