We would be delighted to welcome you back to campus! Please note that accommodation will not be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority will be given to senior citizens, subject to availability. We truly appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation as we make every effort to ensure a warm, comfortable, and memorable homecoming for all our alumni..

Accommodation Policy
  • The details of room allocation will be shared a week prior to the event.
  • In view of the increased number of participants, we will have to offer accommodation inside the campus on a sharing basis.
  • In case of an overwhelming response, participants may be accommodated in nearby hotels. Further details will be shared later.
  • Guest House charges including accommodation are to be borne by individuals and must be paid directly to the facility providers.

No. Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Applicable accommodation charges will be payable separately by participants.

Yes, spouses, children, and other accompanying family members can be included during the registration process.
