There is a funding opportunity from the Conservation Leadership Programme (CLP) for students that are interested in conducting projects, that will help to develop a career in biodiversity conservation.
CLP aims to advance biodiversity conservation globally by building the leadership capabilities of early?career conservation professionals working in high?priority places with limited capacity to address conservation issues. This partnership initiative, including BirdLife International, Fauna & Flora International and the Wildlife Conservation Society, has been helping young conservationists to achieve their goals for 30 years. CLP works toward its aims by offering awards, training and mentoring support.
CLP is now accepting applications for Future Conservationist Awards. These awards are worth up to $12,500 for teams of three or more individuals to undertake one-year conservation projects focusing on threatened species or import
