About Open Door: Open Door aims at making children good learners by developing the habit of learning by understanding in them. We have developed a product called Mastery Assessments that is implemented at several K12 schools across the country.

Job Description: 

a) Driving and managing entire content development process at Open Door.

b) Working on new learning/teaching methodologies in line with the company's vision.

c) Developing Mathematics and Science questions for middle school students to assess their understanding levels.

d) Interacting with schools heads/teachers to understand product enhancement requirements. 

e) Managing independent team/consultants/interns. 

Salary Range: INR 6-8  LPA + E
